Purchasing from Ignite Development & Learning Ltd

Ignite Development & Learning Ltd partners with Barclays' plc to provide a secure online payment gateway.
When you choose to purchase an item from us, you will be transferred to the secure SECPay payment gateway so that you can provide your credit card details in a secure way.
Once your credit card transaction is authorised, you are then transferred back to the Ignite Development & Learning Ltd site where the order process is completed.
You will then receive 2 emails - one from SECPay confirming your secure payment transaction and one from Ignite Development & Learning Ltd containing details of your order, download instructions and a receipt for your purchase.
IMPORTANT!
Exchanges/Refunds CANNOT BE MADE if download areas have been accessed. REMEMBER: If you click the download button and then choose the cancel option, your download area WILL STILL register as being accessed.
If your download area has been accessed, we will be unable to offer exchanges or refunds and, in the case of an incorrect document or product being ordered, a further purchase will be necessary in order to obtain the correct document or product.

What do I do if I accidentally order the wrong document or product?

Refunds
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND APPLY FOR A REFUND?

If your download area HAS BEEN ACCESSED, we will be unable to offer a refund and, in the case of an incorrect document or product being ordered, a further purchase will be necessary in order to obtain the correct one.
If after purchasing a document or product, you wish to cancel your order and your download area HAS NOT BEEN ACCESSED, please contact us immediately using our online contact form and give the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your order number [you will find this in your order confirmation email]
- Your transaction number [you will find this in your order confirmation email]
- Reason for cancelling
If your download area still contains all 3 copies of each of your purchased items, we will remove them and issue a full refund for all items successfully cancelled.

Booking terms and conditions - Courses and Events
Payment terms
Payment must be received before the start of the course or within 30 days of invoice date, whichever is the sooner. For international bookings, payment must accompany the booking. Payment may be done on-line through our website, we accept payment by cheque or BACS.
Cancellations and transfers
All cancellations and requests to transfer must be made in writing to the events registrar either by our contact form, letter or fax on 01924 260175, and will be acknowledged in writing.
Transfers:
Non-residential courses
- There is no charge for transferring to an alternative course date, provided the request is received 21 or more working days before the start of the course. One free transfer can be made after which there will be a £100 administration charge for each further request.
- Requests to transfer received 11-20 working days before the start of the course will be subject to a transfer fee of 20% of the course fees.
- Requests to transfer received 0-10 working days before the start of the course will be subject to a transfer fee of 30% of the course fees.
Residential courses
- There is no charge for transferring to an alternative course date, provided the request is received 31 or more working days before the start of the course. One free transfer can be made after which there will be a £100 administration charge for each further request.
- Requests to transfer to an alternative course date received 21-30 working days before the start of the course will be charged a transfer fee of 30% of the course fees.
- Where the request to transfer is received 0-20 working days before the start of the course, the full course fees are payable.
Cancellations:
Non-residential courses
- There is no charge for cancellations received 31 or more working days before the start of the course.
- Cancellations received 21-30 working days before the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the course fees.
- Cancellations received 11-20 working days before the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fees.
- Cancellations received 0-10 working days before the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fees.
- If the participant fails to attend the course, the full course fees are payable.
Residential courses
- There is no charge for cancellations received 61 or more working days before the start of the course.
- Cancellations received 21-60 working days before the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the course fees.
- Cancellations received 11-20 working days before the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fees.
- Cancellations received 0-10 working days before the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fees.
- If the participant fails to attend the course, the full course fees are payable.
Cancellations by Ignite
- We reserve the right to cancel a course/event/certificate programme at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit or a refund without any liability for consequential or indirect loss.
- Programmes are correct at the time of going to print. However, alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Views expressed by course and personal tutors are their own. Ignite Development & Learning Ltd do not accept any liability for advice given or views expressed by them or in any notes or documentation provided to course delegates.
