Psychometric Tools
Psychometric Tests are assessments developed by psychologists to measure specific aspects of an individual's personality or intellectual ability. Unlike exams, these tests take many years to develop. Most reputable tests can only be administered in the UK by people who have undertaken training approved by the British Psychological Society. Ignite therefore only use people competent in the specific instrument/s and who are also qualified to administer such instruments. All our staff are BPS qualified.
