In the past few days, we have been made aware that our domain name has been used by spammers to send unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE) to a number of people.

We take the matter of SPAM very seriously and we have never sent or intend to send any communications that are unsolicited. Neither do we sell or pass on any of our newsletter subscribers details to any third parties. We operate a strict "opt-in" policy that ensures our subscribers get only what they ask for with no surprises later on.

We investigate and report any abuse of our domain name and to help protect it (and reduce the amount of SPAM) on the Internet, we use Sender Policy Framework records to help recipients identify genuine e-mails from the ignite-me.com domain. You can ask your ISP to enable support for Sender Policy Framework records on their mail servers which can then be used to filter out any disingenuous e-mails that appear to originate from ignite-me.com but in actual fact, do not.
