Banging Your Head Against a Wall?

I came across this sign while having brunch at the quaint and quirky Vintage Cafe in Welshpool. It’s funny, but with a serious message. No amount of head (or fist) banging is healthy or productive. If that’s you, do something about it, now. Phone a friend, speak to your GP, call me, but tell someone. I remember only too well, that although you think you are in control, it’s only later you realise how far down you have gone.  

It’s happened to me twice.  The first time, it was work related. I didn’t know how to deal with the situation and I ended up on the verge of a breakdown.  The second time, it was more personal and although I knew the effect it was having on me, it took me too long to realise I needed help.  

Don’t let that happen to you.  If you think you might be stressed, you already are.  If you know you’re stressed, take action before it becomes more serious.  Stress doesn’t just affect you, it infects the people around you as well.  Life is too short, don’t make it shorter.Ps. I’m just listening to Sia singing Chandelier. What a sad song that is, all wrapped up in a catchy tune.
